Training and Enablement Manager

Workforce Partnerships at SNHU is in search of a dynamic Training and Enablement Manager that will plan, develop and execute an employee training and enablement strategy. This role requires a structured mindset for planning and executing but a curious and creative approach to engage employees through training and adoption. Workforce Partnerships Corporate Sales team will be the primary focus with other support to additional teams as needed. As a high-growth business unit, it is critical that you bring ambition, a structured thought process and mission-driven approach to help our growing team build the skills they need to be successful.

Essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:

  • Lead, build and execute a strategy for providing training and enablement to the Workforce Partnership team
  • Obtain or develop new materials or training supports that will address skill gaps and improve outcomes of the Sales team
  • Work effectively with Subject Matter Experts across the University or externally to develop the right solutions to our internal training needs
  • Build and maintain an onboarding strategy and execution plan for new employees to shortest ramp time to production
  • Develop and Maintain a calendar of training delivery and active library of training materials
  • Develop and Maintain the Sales Team Sharepoint site to increase communication and collaboration
  • Serve as a direct support to the Sales Team in areas such as facilitating RFP responses, gathering competitive data and other requests as needed
  • Develop a long-term strategy for enhancing the skills and abilities of our diverse team across a remote network

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree
  • 5+ years of training/development experience
  • 3+ years of higher ed experience
  • Previous demonstrated experience supporting a B2B sales engine/team with preference in Higher-Ed
  • Driven by the need to provide exceptional service and be measured accordingly
  • Strong systems thinker with an eye for continuous process improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior sales/marketing experience
  • Strong creative skills with Adobe Creative Cloud, an MS Powerpoint Pro, other mediums
  • Higher Ed
  • Experience working with SalesForce CRM

Work Hours:

Typically Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm with flexibility to meet business demands as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
