Cannabis Cultivator
East Coast Cannabis is looking for outgoing, dedicated and trustworthy individuals to assist our growing Cultivation Team in Lebanon, Maine.
This is a physical, hands on, entry level position.
Key Responsibilities Include Physical and repetitive agricultural work Transplanting plants Watering/treating plants Follow a detailed plan and timeline for plant production from clone to harvest Pruning and shaping plants Moving plants between stages Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Ability to execute techniques consistently Follow regulations and company guidelines for all compliance, workflows and safety matters Participate in trimming, sorting, classification and packaging (post-harvest processing) Pre-roll Manufacturing Other general duties around the cultivation as they relate to the upkeep of plant health and production This is a full time position Monday-Friday 8:
00am-4:
30pm.
This is an entry level position with room for growth for hard working and dedicated employees.
No experience is required and training will be provided.
Certain licensing is required to work with Adult Use Cannabis.

50 USD per hourRequired Skills Must understand and implement the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the state; a pursuit to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and laws is appreciated and commendable Ability to be taught and guided in areas related to harvesting, drying, trimming and curing; be trainable Must be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure and technique Employee must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by the company Ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences, especially with the direct supervisors and co-workers Ability to perform a monotonous task with great efficiency over 8-hour work periods without losing quality Must work well in a group and independently; demonstrate self-motivation and initiative Maintain a clean and organized work environment Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of grow warehouse Must have accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail Candidate must be at least 21 years of age Must be able to obtain an Individual Identification Card Ability to stand, sit and kneel for up to 8 hours a day with the ability to lift heavy objects-up to 50lbs Strong attention to details and excellent time-management skills Willingness to take direction Strong work ethic Must have reliable transportation Desired Skills About East Coast CannabisEast Coast Cannabis boasts two large state-of-the-art cultivation facilities where we nourish and craft the best cannabis cultivars.
